Booking a boudoir session is one of the best gifts you can give yourself. From the moment you arrive, every part of the day is about lifting you up, making you feel comfortable, and reminding you how beautiful you already are. With Jennifer Strand Photography, boudoir isn’t just about the photos—it’s about creating a space where you can relax, let go, and fall in love with yourself just as you are.

Every boudoir session includes access to our exclusive client closet, thoughtfully curated with over 600 (and growing!) lingerie pieces and accessories. With sizes ranging from XS to 6XL—and new styles being added all the time—there’s something here for everyone.

Getting to know you and your vision is such an important part of the process. After booking, you’ll receive a boudoir prep questionnaire that helps us learn about your preferences, boundaries, and any areas you may feel self-conscious about. This way, we can ensure your session feels comfortable, fun, and entirely tailored to you.

Your Boudoir Experience Investment

A non-refundable Session Fee of $500 secures your date and time on our calendar. This fee is due at the time of booking, though it can be split into two payments of $250—the first at booking, and the second within 30 days. Please note, all bookings are subject to 5% GST.

Purchasing Your Images

Your images are purchased separately from the Session Fee. We offer a variety of Collections and customizations so you can tailor the experience exactly to your vision.

All Collections and products must be paid in full 30 days prior to your session. This ensures your shoot day is stress-free and focused entirely on you, not the financial details.

Prints and products are sold separately at your image reveal session. Please note: we do not offer post-payment plans—all payments must be completed in advance. Investments vary based on the session type, location, and collection you choose. Reach out for a personalized quote.

How does this work?

Your full experience lasts approximately 6 hours. It includes complimentary hair and makeup, access to our 600-piece client wardrobe, and so much more! I’ll guide you through every pose, from head to pointed toe, and help you explore a variety of facial expressions so your personality shines through.

Fair warning—you may feel a little sore afterward! There’s quite a bit of bending, twisting, and movement involved (think of it as a fun, confidence-boosting workout).

Studio sessions begin at 9 AM. We’ll break for lunch after your shoot, then return to the studio for your Image Reveal & Ordering Appointment. During this time, we’ll select the images you love most and decide how you’d like to display them at home.

Ordering appointments typically take 1–1.5 hours, so plan to be at the studio until around 3 PM. Your minimum investment will already be paid prior to your session, and during your viewing appointment, you’ll have the option to add any upgrades or additional products you’d like. All additional purchases must be paid in full at your appointment, as we do not offer post-payment plans.

Where are your studios located?

We have two studio locations available for your session!

Our Edmonton-area studio is located just 10 minutes west of Stony Plain, set on a peaceful acreage. Our Calgary-area studio is in Cochrane, perfectly positioned near the mountains.

Both studios are fully stocked with plenty of lingerie and accessories for you to use during your session.

With the Cochrane studio so close to stunning mountain landscapes and beautiful creeks, outdoor locations are available as an add-on for those who want a mix of indoor and scenic outdoor shots.

How long does it take to get my images back?

Physical products, such as prints and albums, are delivered approximately 4–6 weeks after your final payment is processed. We do not offer online galleries or multiple appointments for your reveal—all ordering decisions must be made at your reveal appointment.

If you purchase a digital gallery, your images will be delivered within 1 week of your reveal.
